| defo yes if you have suffered loss of earnings from an accident i.e being on sick. Every time someone claims it pushes up everyone's insurance premiums. So many people take the piss out of the system means it will always be a problem so i say if you cant beat em, join em xx |

| What! Don't be crazy woman! You were in an accident and were hurt. You pay thousands upon thousands for insurance premiums...that's what it's there for! It's not a bogus claim! You did sustain injuries..even if it's just soft tissue damage! Sometimes the effects aren't felt till days after! Never feel guilty for using what you pay for! xxx |

| After working in insurance for 12 years I've seen a lot of people taking the piss and asking for ambulances to be called after a tiny bump just so they can claim for 'injuries', in those circumstances it really pisses me off. However if someone was genuinely injured and like yourself had children in the car then definately go for it, you were involved in an accident through no fault of your own so why shouldn't you? Also you will more than likely have 'out of pocket expenses' (these are what is not normally covered on insurance), even small things like cost of telephone calls, parking charges if you went to hospital etc, make sure you write all of these down and claim for those, you shouldn't have to pay for anything. xxx |

| I have suffered two lots of whiplash and on both occasions I have claimed and I used to deal with personal injury claims and I didn't feel guilty. Also, the first whiplash I suffered was awful, I had to have really strong painkillers, go to physio and I've never got over it, I still get pain so I don't feel bad for claiming. Go on Gemz, get your claim in xx |

Luke went up the back of someone last week, the other car and driver were fine and he was really nice to Luke. Just found out hes put a claim in though...god knows what for see thats one reason i feel bad about it, i know a lot of people do fake injuries, a taxi reversed into me about a month ago and someone said' get yourself to the docs and get a claim in for whiplash 'encouraging me to lie about it, of course i didnt the car wasnit even damaged!!! saying that this time i got out the car, climbed over the seat as my door was jammed closed and i didnt even realise my foot was hurting lol, wasnt until the police man said is your foot ok and i looked down and saw the blood lol...then it started hurting nowhere else hurt until the next day...now i hurt in places i didnt know i had but people who lie about it make us look bad hope everything gets sorted with your oh x oh and i have decided i am going to put a claim in...and try not to feel guilty lol xx |

| I work at a very busy train station and we get all kinds of claims in! I believe if you have been in an accident or suffered as a result of negligence etc then you deserve to be compensated. But I really hate those that try and claim for the sake of it. I am dealing with a claim from a guy who claims to have slipped on a spillage on the bottom of the steps....when then CCTV shows he stumbles at the top while busy fastening his jacket!! And a claim from a woman who slipped on ice and moaned that the area she slipped on hadn't been gritted.....stupid cow slipped inside the station....of course we don't grit indoors...who does!!!! xx |

| Gemz. Some scumbags make a living out of claims. They cause accidents so that they can claim. I think these are the types that people don't like.
I had an accident when I was pregnant, my lowere back was sore and I we t through the claim process. I had physio and trey picked up an injury that I wasn't aware off. So you really should put this claim in. |
