really struggling with a present for our 6 yr old neice... she is a bit of a tom boy,anybody with older kids got any ideas?

She is qutie immature so jewelery n that is a no go, she will just destroy or lose it in 5 minutes and her parents arnt trusty with keeping anything safe! x

Welll my little sister was a tom boy and when she was younger she loooooooooved batman. totally obsessed. Does your niece have a favourite boyish character? I was going to say a skateboard or something but don't know if she is too young :/

My neice is exactly the same. Shes 6 aswell. This year she has asked santa specifically for a blue ds and a spiderman skate board.

Shes really into toy story atm so im going to get her something toy story themed.

What about lego. My eldest is a mixture of both girly and tomboy. For her birthday we git her a lego police station. You can get fitly lego too.

hmmm good ideas, i've got her brother a keyboard for xmas she doesnt really have a favourite character, she's got all the toy story stuff, she's a bit spoilt. She just got a £500 real quad bike for her birthday so i think a skateboard would be quite unimpressive lol...

i like the lego idea and the dress up outfits cos she likes dressing up! I'm also considering a karaoke(sp) machine
