| We're putting ours up the second weekend of December so maybe the 17th/18th, the trouble is it takes so long as I've got loads of other bits that go up too. Our theme in the lounge coordinates with the decor (yes Lise I am sad! ) so is lime green and brown, I made all of the tree decorations myself last year and some other bits, I also have a tree in the hall which has blue & silver decorations on, a tree in the kitchen (a mini one) with cream decorations on, and red decorations in the playroom again to match the decor of the rooms ^^ they all sound really tacky but they're not, honestly I'm so excited this year, Libby understands whats going on so it's going to be so special |

| I think I did mine mid Nov last year I'l prob do it mid-end Nov again this year as I dont want to be doing it when im 39 wks pg. I think i'l feel ready for baby once house cleaned (you have to deep clean house before you put tree up, its the law!), tree up and all presents are wrapped underneath it. So if thats all done by end Nov i'l have 2 weeks before baby to chill.... thats the plan anyway! Im working up until 38 wks pg so we shall see! My theme is childrens tack Green tree, red and silver tinsel, dif colour bobbles and loads of lil childrens ornaments on tree. My mum got me one every xmas growing up eg penguins, angels, rudolphs, singing santa's, wooden soldiers etc. Im doing the same for Caitlin so when she leaves home she will have about 20-30 individual bobbles of her own. |

You are going to let Caitlin leave with you for 20 or 30 years are you mad? We have a white tree and we either have black decorations on it or a mixture of turquoise pink and purple. OH wants to get a green tree so I have explained to him that I will new decorations, if we do get green tree will probably go for red and gold I'll put my tree up whenever Ive recovered from having little man but it's normaly the 1st or 2nd weekend in December. |

| I will probably get the boys to help me put it up the first weekend as we have all three that weekend! I'll get the mince pies out and chocolate log I'll put the lights on and then let them make a mental tinsel and bourbal mess! Then when they go to bed I'll rearrange it all and make it look nice lol!
Ours is red and gold on the whole.
I tend to get a bit fed up by the time Christmas comes around so last year I took it down the day after boxing day! |

| Ours normally goes up the first weekend in December and the theme started out as red and gold but there's quite a bit of silver and black as well now. However, I'm guessing we won't be having a tree or presents round it this year because Jamie will just destroy it . I suppose I could put it up in the dining room but we don't really spend much time in there. |

Well my mum had to put up with me until I was 25, minus 3 years at uni when I still came home most weekends with a bag of dirty laundry for her to do lol! Seriously though Caitlin prob already has 5-6 ornaments as people got her 1st xmas ones etc as well as the ones we got her. Some years my mum gave me more than one too so I prob had about 30+ when I left home |

| Ours has white, silver and dark grey decorations. Some are round and some are tear drop shaped.
We also have a tall narrow tree as its easier to pop 'wherever' than trying to squeeze around it for a month.
I think we will be putting it up mid December. x |

| I have an artificial one with pink and silver decorations that goes in the window at the front of our house. But in the room were we spend most of our time we get a big real one and the theme is rather spectacular and consist of the decorations the kids have ever made (out of loo roll and foil) and stuff I've collected over the years (none of it matches). Every other day one of the cats pulls it over so we have to throw all the stuff back on it! My sis always laughs and says it's worst dressed tree in town.... But we love it and it's ours xxxxx |
