Is there a website or something that explains the eating plan you're doing? I know you've cut out certain things. I'm quite interested but wanna read a bit more, not sure what I can do whilst breastfeeding. Thanks x

The plan im doing is basically "clean eating". Theres lots of variations of it but most of the principles are the same. If you google it theres lots about it.
