I will be using that in future, I often use my mobile for them, and last month being on hold to tax credits and something else cost me £9.45


I should use my house phone!

This is really helpful and not only does it save a fortune but quite often you jump the queue because you're sidelining the system

i use that all of the time. well not so much now as i dont pay for 0845 numbers on my mobile they are free! but no it has come in pretty handy.. also there are some apps you can down load on smart phones which find the right free number when you dial the 0845
