Izzy has an amazing memory - not just remembering what people say but other stuff
For example on youtube you know how when watching a video there are small thumbnails on the right of other episodes etc? And the picture is just a random image from the video?
She will point at one and say what it is, like she wants to watch the 'Doctor' one ...the one with the Vet thats called Doctor hamster...I've never even seen that episode before, and it was just an image of the kids sat down on the floor in school - so either she remembered that exact scene OR she can read the title of the episode lol - this happens all the time when watching stuff on you tube and its not like the image gives away the name of the episode or that she has seen it loads of times!
Today Dan said his brother Sam wouldn't be at Grannies cos he is on holiday and she says 'yes in Turkey' Dan doesn't even remember telling her that!
If I lose anything in the house, I ask her if she has seen it and she grabs my hand and takes me to it...the other week I couldn't find the kettle ( I dont use it often as I have a one cup boiler) anyway was nowhere to be seen in the kitchen so I ask if she has seen it and she says its on my desk in the office...and there is was..I must have looked at it cos Id been sat at my desk that day but I wouldnt have remembered! Turned out Dan had left it there...weirdo!
I know toddlers are sponges at the moment for learning, but OMG how are they so observant?! She remembers things from conversations I've had on the phone or with someone at the house, when I didn't actually even tell it to her (must remember that and be careful hahah)
