I've never been good with clothes and having the girls so close together (13months) I've got a horrible tummy. I wear about a size 14 and 14/16 on the bottom. We've just moved and the mums here wear really nice clothes and I feel so ugly, blobby and frumpy. I live in jeans, sweatshirts and trainers as I walk 4 odd miles a day and I haven't a clue what shoes or boots would be comfy. In short I feel really crap and frumpy :-(

I agree with mrs cruise, nice leggings and tunics are really pretty and practical too.

Also what about shortish skirts and thick wooly tights with boots and baggy jumpers. (hehe that doesnt sound very nice but it looks ok)

I wear jeans most of the time but with boots and nice tops.

I live in jeans or combats, and most of the time I do look frumpy. But I find even the baggiest jeans with a nice girly top or t-shirt works well. I wear a lot of them Jersey cotton cardy's - they cover a multitude of sins Laughing

I usually wear pumps of some sort, but have just got some timberland boots for the winter. I like adding a bit of masculine (ie; boyfriend jeans and boots) with a nice girly top Wink

if it's any consolation, i'm about the frumpiest mum ever...i live in either work out gear or combats...usually with a big baggy hoody...my hair is always just bunged up and so messy from running my hands through it...and i never wear make up...and i have huge bags under my eyes! lol

how about treating yourself to a nice new wardrobe like some of the ladies suggested

I was in New Look the other day and they had some lovely long wooly tunic type jumpers that had something like 10% or 20% off (wasnt paying much attention as they wont fit me atm).

They are what im heading for as soon as baby is born (with leggings and boots) x
