thats what I have the 30mg ones are the strongest I can take without keeling over, even they make me feel ill!

think mine are 50(30 paracetamol and 20 codine??)they have made mee feel sick and gave me a dry mouth but i think once i come off here and go to sleep they will knock me out good and proper lol x

yeh they do make you feel very sick, its horrible! I get migraines from them too sometimes!

TBH I got fed up of feeling sick and having a bad head and I rarely use them, I just put up with the pain - cos at least I can get on with the day and just hurt...its hard to carry on feeling sick and migraine!

I use them if I am desperate for sleep, but only if I dont need to be up the net day!

why do they make you sleepy the next day too??? ohh luck oh is taking leo to school as i still dont have a car the skin on my forhead has gone tingly too now x

Well the 30mg codeine ones make me feel awful the next morning! Maybe wont for you but I feel shitty!

Lise you can get cocodamol 8/500, might control your pain without making you woo. Its common in cocodamol. I seem to be immune lol

I also have co dydramol 10/500 and co codamol 30/500

I cant go lower as they dont work , but they make me ill boohoo
