Rowan sometimes vomits once he's gone to bed it will be when he's asleep or awake.

It's only once he's gone to bed. Now it used to be every few months but it's becoming more frequent like every 3-4 weeks. He's not ill after or before hand and no temp.

Now when he was little if he had warm milk he'd vomit and would vomit his milk after having a bath so we had to bath him earlier during the day.

he vomited after he went to bed last night after his bath, it was the same two weeks ago but i cant remember if he'd just had a bath the other times.

I said to OH i'll take him to the doctors but he says he's fine

what should i do?

do you think it could be a reflux/heartburn type thing and maybe a trip to the docs would be good to just get their opinion - or just try him on some infant gaviscon... or try and monitor if it happens when he's eaten something specific and go from there?

heartburn is always worse when you lie down and if he's not ill and it only happens occasionally could be it?

he had reflux when he was a baby so it could be.

that's the only thing I can think of but I think it's worth speaking to a HV or doc about it even if its just for your own peace of mind.
