For me they can, if i have a bad dream i generally have quite an emotional day.

I had a fantastic dream last night (Ha ha a naughty one) and i'm in a great mood today.

Yeah definately hun - yesterday I had a weird 'real' dream that left me in a mild state of confusion for the whole day (see my post confused.com).

I think if you're having a good dream you are probably more comfortable and relaxed in your sleep so feel like you've had a better sleep which always makes me feel great and more motivated for the day ahead.

If you have a bad dream you would be more tense/stressed and less rested when you wake up so probably set you up for a crap day.

Sometimes, it depends how real it seems. I'm having mental dreams at the moment, last night I dreamt I was in Narnia hiding up really tall trees because I had giants chasing after me

Yep defo, i dreamt i won a grand on a scratch card last night....now im sulking today that i didnt!

Yes I dreamt that I had amazing sex with this bloke who I shared an office with at the time, I couldnt be bear to be in the same room as after the dream haha

Oh absolutely! Have had dreams like this about ppl I would never consciously think of having sex with..only to run into them and acting all awkward. Also, have had horrific nightmares/dreams regarding the kids..Shayne..and it made me sad or extra clingy to them the following day(s). xxx

Some dreams i wish were real lol. They dont really effect my day though.

the other morning I had a dream that I was in spain with my daughter who was hannah. I had seen the end of the dream for some reason and I knew that my daughter was going to be kidnapped and found dead but I then had to go back to the start of the dream and go through the motions of losing her in a shop etc and for her to go missing. all the while I knew what was going to happen at the end so was in a proper state of panic but I also kept telling myself that it was just a dream whatever happens is fine.
I woke up in a terribly sad mood
