I made egg mayo for lunch, used jarred mayo and have some left over.
How long can I keep it in the fridge?

I am VERY fussy with things like that and if its not used that day I chuck it, Im Im sure it would keep 24 hours

probably a day or two if you have sealed it in a container, it will probably stink your fridge out regardless though Laughing
