i just have no idea what to get leo as a main prezzie, on his santa letter he wrote nintendo 3DS , but his dad doesnt want him to have another computer...so i though a leappad but after word of mouth and readding reviews have decided he is probibly a little too old for this...ahh why cant they have one designed for older children like 6+ lol... i did think of maybe getting him a cheap tablet, but then maybe thinking not such a good idea, ohhh idk any ideas welcome please!!!! x

lisa my dad has got him a bike, my mum has got him a skateboard, he has footy nets and a scooter lol...wow my child is spoilt

i think i need to talk to andy and change his mind, he only has a xbox and doesnt really go on it much so i dont see the problem lol, ill buy him educational games for it too

Are you buying or Andy? If it's you then I'd just Explain that you can't think of anything else and a ds is all he's asking for so that's what you're gonna buy.....end of!

But if it him or you are sharing the cost you'll just have to bit a bit more diplomatic in explaining that you want a happy child on christmas morning and also don't want to waste your money on something he's not gonna want/like/play with.

Totally get all the arguments about too many computer games but at 6 years old I'm quite sure he's just gonna have fun and won't be playing violent games or getting hooked on violence. And like you say he's already got an xbox and isn't hooked.

we are sharing the cost, i did agree with him initially because i didnt really wanting him having loads of computers etc...but then i thought as long as i dont let him over use it, and let him use it for long journeys etc then it cant hurt can it?, leo has been going on and on about how he really wants one, and there really is nothing else i can think of!! i thought i can maybe convince andy by showing him all the educational games you can get lol! x
