| How long should you stop shaving for before having a full leg wax? Also how long should you leave before having a bikini wax?
I've never had any professional waxing and I'm thinking of having it done in just over 2 weeks time x |

| Hahaha I'll be such a big baby but my skin hates shaving soooo much that I'm willing to go for it! I just want to know how long I need to be a yetti for and whether I can cope for that long (or rather if Dave can cope for that long PMSL!) |

| Go somewhere decent. For a bikini wax it's better with wax and those strips that they do on legs, it's usually a bit more expensive but worth it. I'm not sure how long it must be I usually leave it a week (minging I know) |

| I usually have my legs waxed every 4 weeks, by that time the hair is about 0.5cm and not caveman ish but bad enough lol it's usually 2 weeks hair free then 2 weeks of growth lol> as for the lady garden I have that done at the same time, but it can bleed as the skin down there is a lot thinner. my advise with that is if you've had no waxing done before down there then don't go full hollywood first time, try a bikini wax and then once you're comfortable with how painful tht is (not really painful, the first strip is the worst then its not that bad) then go for more. hth x |

| It depends how hairy you are. Mine grows really quickly so 4 days is enough for me, but if your hair is a bit finer then give it 10 days, don't use any scented products beforehand or for 24 hours after.
It's not that painful really, just stings a little x |

Hmm? Good question. I usually shave because I hate being hairy but if I'm going away I do make an effort and let it grow (it = bush) then get it all waxed off! I dont get my legs waxed as I shave them every day. |

| I had my bikini line done for the first time a few months ago for the holiday, I left it about 10 days, have to say tho it was so frigging painful and took longer than I thought, I had the new wax which you pick off not the strips $%&^*(& hell never again! Oh and if you've shaved your whole life be prepared for pain because your hair will be thick and roots will be quite deep. I had the whole lot off! It did grow back much thinner but was patchy so I wasn't really impressed. If I have it again I'll go for strips! Oh and defiantly take some paracetamol half hour before! Apparently it helps with the pain. Sorry don't wanna put you off, just letting you know what your in for! |

| Lol thanks girls for the honesty! Luckily I know what I'm in for pain wise as I've waxed my own legs and bikini line before and I have also used an epilator on them too (now that hurts like a biatch!!!). I think I may leave my bikini line as I make a good job of that myself but my legs get so itchy and sore from shaving so I'm really considering it. I've checked and my OH (oooo 1st time I've typed that in about a year!!!!) said he'll cope with yeti legs if I do want to get them done lol |
