If your toddler is poorly and wont go to bed or wakes up in the night what do u do. Ie stay in their room or take them downstairs or in your bed. We tend to bring them in bed with us if they r ill, just wondering what others do x

I generally try to settle them back in their own bed after doing what I need to I.e clean up sick, give calpol/cuddles etc. x

this week we have done pretty much everything, let him stay up with us, gone to bed with him, stayed for cuddles, given him drinks/calpol/milk/toast, i would say at the moment i am letting him bounce on the very end of my tether!!!

i try to settle him back i his own bed. he wont sleep in our bed at all tho even when hes poorly. normally a few cuddles and he wants to be back in his cot x

we settle Rowan back to bed, if he's really poorly he'll come in to ours or he'll come in himself.

Hermione was ill the other week and poor thing could hardly breath so she slept on my chest whilst i slept upright.
