I think baseball caps can be chavvy and they dont keep you warm.

Stuart is going bald and has a shaved head, his circulation isnt great either so he shivers and shakes his way about in winter in the most irritating way. Drama King Anyway he has now taken to wearing a thick thermal beanie type hat and it really doesnt suit him. He has a long face like a horse and ends up looking like a homeless person when he wears it .

So what hats would you not mind your OH wearing? I was thinking of getting him a traper hat like this for xmas

Would it look silly?I quite like the check but you can get plainer ones. I liked how that one said it fitted big heads but its twice the price of some so not sure if it worth it.

Hmmmm hats very much depend on the person wearing it. Some blokes look really nice in a flat cap or even a trilby lol but I think you have to have a certain look. There aren't many people that look good in a beanie (I hate them) but I think as long as he's not wearing it on a night out or to work then he just needs something warm, if only for your sanity lol x

He does wear it to work is the thing, he works in Tesco and sets off wearing his navy combat work trousers and a navy fleece... with a beanie! He even puts the bloody thing on to go out to the bin at night - ironic really that a bin man is another thing the hat makes him look like . Thankfully he doesnt wear it around town though when we out together shopping etc

With the trapper hat I was thinking ppl at least may think he is joking or a trendy person who didnt care about fashion?

gav wears hats alot of the time cos he works outside. but he wears a kinda hunter hat thing thats fluffy on the inside. i think its kinda cute but deffo no trilby. he woudlnt look right at all!! x
