| This is the fist year I've done an actual stocking, Thomas is understanding a lot this year so I think it will be nice for him. I've only got smallish stockings so got loads of little bits and bobs to go in.
Just wondering - do I wrap each little bit individually and stick it in so they've got more opening to do OR is the stocking the actual wrapping and just pop all the little bits in to dig out? We never had stockings as kids so not sure what the etiquette is - what do you do?

| I dont wrap ANYTHING!!! Santa doesnt have time to wrap presents All Caitlins big/medium presents are left piled/displayed lol on sofa and stocking draped on arm of it filled with small things. Last year I even took a few things out of the boxes so she could play with them straight away and I didnt have all those fiddly ties to deal with on xmas morning! My mum never wrapped my Santa presents & I never questioned it growing up. Its only now I realise its more common to wrap. But honestly why bother? All that hassle, expense, waste of paper. I/Caitlin still got excited seeing all the toys laid out. You can display things to cover up things & you get so distracted looking at one thing you dont notice another toy for a min or 2.... She gets to unwrap loads of gifts from friends and family throughout the day so doesnt totally miss out on unwrapping things. I wouldnt have it any other way! |

| I wrap everything (me and Adam have always done stockings for each other). Half the fun is feeling them and trying to work out what they are |

| Wrap everything in stocking apart from the choc coins and the satsuma! Rhys will have a stocking too this year! We also always have at least new knickers/pants and socks in them too and sometimes a new outfit!
