Has anyone used this? whats it like?

At the moment my hair is really dark with a hint of red (usually purple, but i'm trying to be christmassy )

My natural colour is probably a dark blonde/mousey brown now, I want to go back to that or and light brown so figured this 'colour B 4' would be the only way to go...but i'm scared all my hair will fall out

Idea's?

I used the extra strong one and yup it worked great, got almost black out and my hair went quite light! My hair didnt go dry or anything (theres no bleach)

yep i would recommend it to, i put a bright red on once but wasnt happy with it colour b4 took it all out

Its had quite a few applications of really dark purple or red over the past 6mth so i'm just scared that it won't get the colour out at the ends (the bits that have had most exposer to the dyes) and that it'll go orange or something or it'll be blonde at the top and red at the bottom

Also, once ive done it with colour b 4 is it all set to go or will I need to put a colour on after?

How long does it take to do? Is it about the same as a hair dye (25mins)
Is it fiddly to do?

Its not fiddly but it takes a long time, you have to leave it ages and do lots of rinsing, you cant skip or shorten or it wont work...well worth it though

Mine had LOADS of very dark colour on and it stripped it all out

If you want to leave it as it is then you can, or putanother colour on

It shouldnt go orange - it doesnt bleache or lighten your hair, it removes the dye pigments

How long does it take? Think i'll need the extra strong one as well.
Suppose i'm just sceptical that it won't be able to get out all the colour

lol Zee..I was! Mine had months of colouring, I do mine every 4 weeks! The last colour was virtually black, and it got it all out!

Wish Id known about it before as my hair is still 2 tones underneath, but thats from when I bleached it 6 months ago ... bleaching is evil!

I cant recall the exact time it takes .. but make sure you have a spare afternoon!
