| I managed to go out by myself in America. You may think whats the big deal but for anyone who knows me you will know that even going out of the house at home can be too much at times due to my anxiety and depression. I am so proud of myself. I am also meeting David's US colleagues tonite and while I am extremely nervous/anxious about it. I will do it |
