i have an allergy to something and i havent got the foggiest what it is but its drivivng me bloody nutty...iv had it for years but latley its getting worse but its weird, it only lasts about 5-15 mins at a time then goes it happens about 4 times a day but ,makes my throat,ears and mouth itchy and my mouth swells, my lips itch, then i start sneezing and eyes watering...then it goes just like that!!! anyone have anything similar?? is there any point in taking one a day anti-histamines??

how odd! Ive no idea what could cause that .. but the anti histamines could help

Start writing down everything you have eaten or have done during your day and narrow it down to what it might be. Could be anything from dust/dander to a food allergy. But anti-h's can defo keep it from becoming a bother. xxx

im gonna have to do that jen, its just so random, it happens wherever i am so its not like something at home...just cant pinpoint it at all, in summer i just blame hayfever...but not in this damp weather surely?? x

That palate itch..is the worst! Feel like sticking a large sharp salad fork down your throat to scratch it. Hope you sort it toots..allergies any time of the year sucks arse. xxx
