Do you think it's weird if I had one?

We are not married but have been together over 10 years and engaged almost 10 years. The meaning of an eternity ring is never ending love.

OH has said he wants to get me one as he wants to remind me that even though we are not married that he still loves me. I'm ecstatic I'd love one.

What do you think? Is it ok to have one even though we are not married

Lets face it, who cares what anybody else thinks. Life is too damned short to spend it worrying what other people think. And hey... nobody in their right mind would turn down a gorgeous ring!

I agree with Laura, F what anyone else says or thinks. Most people will probably mistake it for a wedding or engagement ring anyway. I think it's a lovely idea and I'll look forward to seeing a pic and cooing over it! xxx

I have put a pic of a £3,500 Tiffany & Co ring on his fb page... so when it comes to discussing it and I choose a much cheaper one, he will think he is getting a bargain! x

I got one from tommys dad long before my engagement ring, and Unfortunatly we didn't end up getting married but I still like the idea!

Me and OH have been together 13yrs..we got 'engaged' after a year and he got me an eternity ring just before Oliver was born

I don't think we'd ever get married but we are totally committed to each other
