| I went to the midwife today to check if baby is still breech and oblique. She is. So, she rings the hospital to make an appointment to see the consultant. Makes it for next Wednesday (after she insisted last week that it will be before xmas). Anyway, she hasnt even told the consultant what my appointment is for! I have got to tell him when I get there! So, I asked if he doesnt know why I am going, will he attempt to move her? She said she didnt know and I may have to go back another day! I will be 37 weeks by then as it is, and making pointless appointments is just wasting my time! I have two other kids that I need to sort out childcare for ffs!!! |

| With Chloe I saw the consultant then had to go back another day to try and turn and I had to take hospital bag etc as baby can get distressed by it.
She will probably talk through your options, tell you about turning or c-section, but as you've had natural birth before baby might not turn until you're on labour anyway. Have to warn you though, turning is not very pleasant although better than a csection xx |

| Am guessing he will try to move/manipulate bubs hun, and there is a risk of baby turning back on her own as she seems to be quite comfy that way. Never had it done..evaded it with Matt as he turned himself within the last couple weeks, but was warned it is very uncomfortable...and try to relax your tum muscles during the process. With any luck will be over quickly, and everything set right for the big debut. Hugs hun. xxx |

| My first was breech and I went for the cvs at 38 weeks. She would get so far round then kick out and go back to breech again. He tried 4 times to turn her. I was booked in for a section at 39+4. |

| Thanks ladies.
I had Lily at 38 weeks so I dont know how soon they would want the section done. My friend who had a failed ECV had a c section booked in at 38 weeks, but her waters broke before that so she had an emergency section instead.
I am a bit calmer now. I was in a right sulk yesterday, lol! x |
