i know they wont tell me sex but im going to ask nicely if sonographer will either pause at bits so OH and i can look or take a pic of bits for us without telling us anything, i highly doubt she will agree to either so hoping that we get a obvious flash of balls or the 3 stripes

Good luck!! Why don't they tell you the sex? I have to know with this one! If they can't tell me I'll get a private scan I think.
At 12 weeks in going to ask for a nub shot because that can give an idea of what your expecting!!

I had to go private to find out the sex so some hospitals are obviously picky arses and the others are nice

we went shopping after scan so not long in ,,,

apparently i am baking a very antisocial baby who likes to remain curled up in a ball

she wouldnt tell me sex or take a pic of bits for me but she did freeze screen on bits on the basis she could not confirm or deny anything
we couldnt really make out much and she then told us that the umbilicol ( sp ) cord was down between the legs and that could be misleading
everything looks fine with baby , growing nicely with a wee fat tummy !

awwwwww chubby little squishy!!! well in terms of the sex that's a bit inconclusive, what are you reckoning about going private now? glad everything is fine though and baby is growing nicely

i said to mike when came out that i am going for private scan he sort of knew i was anyways ) but i have said this is what i want for xmas , hopefully ill get in about the 29th , it realllllly sucked coming out knowing the woman most likely knew what sex my baby was and me as its mother was not allowed to know
he might have to work so will take the kids with me, and he is happy enough with this

awww, yeah i do think its a shame that loads of places dont say now, hopefully santa will be very kind and little one will decide not to be a ball on the day!!

We've been told we will have to pay for a scan if we want to know sex, very annoying
