| You can have shop bought mayo as its made with pasteurised egg. its homemade stuff with raw egg you can't have. You need to avoid liver, pate; eggs that are too runny, undercooked meat, raw shellfish, soft cheese like brie and stilton but cream cheese is ok. think theyre the main ones but if you Google foods to avoid in pregnancy you should find a list |

| Limit your caffeine too, swap to decafe where you can
No soft ice cream either, so no mcflurrys and macs milkshakes |

| There's not as much caffeine in fizzy drinks as you think. You can have 6 cans of coke a day and still be safe, but only 2 teas or coffees. I'm still drinking coke, although I've switched to decaf tea and coffee, and have had the odd milkshake. There's no caffeine in lemonade etc x |

| What about caffeine free coke? I love that anyway. Other than that I think the others have covered it. Salami was the one thing I didn't know about and then got in a stress when I ate it |
