argh !!!!!

for those who dont know its a facebook thing , basically its somewhere ppl can post anythign they want to say about you annonymously(sp) cowards really
but having seen some on facebook i am so utterly disgusted with it ! , it apparently is banned in the states and it should be here , i fear a childs suicide before it gets banned here
i have read some where they are slagged off for looks, sexuality, personality,parents and have even read one where a teen boy has been told to go kill himself !!!!

Just seen one on my sisters fb. Why would you willingly open yourself up to that kind of abuse. It was all aout formspring last year, just the same. Absolutely horrible

i think if there was ever a need to boycott fb that probably is it.

I hate facebook, I hate my kids been in it, I'm convinced they're losing the ability to communicate in person (or is that normal for teenagers?).

i agree pen, the art of conversation is well and truly decaying (obviously not just because of fb, text and forums etc are helping too)

I've been shocked seeing on my 13year old niece's facebook how horrible her 'friends' are to each other, it seems that the internet lets people treat others disgustingly as they seem to forget there is an actual person at the otherside of the screen reading these comments. Facebook never seem to take responsibility for these things though
