| Tomorrow is d day for the diet I really wana do well again as the biggest I have ever been and it's not nice! I have told Ian to hide all the bad food as if I don't see it I don't want it but if I can see it I will eat it!
Is that really strange of me? I k ow I must sound like a right food pig but that's why I wana change |

| No I can avoid crisps, chocolate, etc until I see it. I'd rather just not have it in the house but Adam likes it.
Good luck |

| I have asked him if we can not buy it again but he said he's trying to gain weight so needs it! He doesn't understand me wanting to loose weight as he's never weighed more than 12 stone |

| I never start my after christmas diet til all the chocolate, nuts, cheese, pringles etc is gone. And then the whole family start a healthy diet and I really cut down on having crap in the house as it isn't really good for anyone. I stock up with treats such as loads of nice fruit and low fat yoghurts. I don't dictate what they can eat as they all have money to buy what they want. Also it cuts down the cost of the shopping I'm sooo mean |

| hunny ,, with all due respect , ian doesnt need nice " bad food " to be able to gain weight ! he should do a bit of researh on that , there is nothing stopping you still having carby food and what not , portion control i would be saying to him that he can gain weight without sweets , cakes etc and i would also ( this is me thinking about what i would do not me telling you what to do ) ,, i would also either use a side plate or buy a smaller size plate for yourself , alot of its in the mind good luck hun !! xx |
