| is there an advantage to soaking nappies? we store them dry but they are getting quite stained (although we are back to using liners now eli's poop isn't just bf poop) - or is it just messy? i can only imagine trying to fish nappies out of water |

| Most modern nappies (PUL) don't need soaking, and it can actually damage them
Have you tried bicarbonate of soda in the wash to help with stains? |

| not yet, im going to, i need to do a big strip wash and do the outers/inners seperately so will chuck some in then (just waiting til they are alllllll dirty cos im too mean to do it twice ) |

| I always wash the inners and outers seperately, is that the wrong way to do it??? |

| probably not - depends on the kind of nappy though? i have bumgenius and we seperate them (take the inners out) and put the whole lot on a hot wash - sometimes i re-wash the boosters/inners if they need it, but the outers on the bg can be washed at quite a high temp compared to some other ones (i think! haha) |

| theres no real right/wrong way - but there is no reason to do them seperatly, I have always done mine together on a 50 and they are fine |

| There is so many advantages of nappies. Nowadays nappies are very much famous to use for new born babies which should be organic as well as skin friendly. |
