cos i can't eli has a hula hoop which until today he was contented to just run around with but he has obviously seen someone actually hula hooping now and wants us to do it and help him.....er........how do you do it????????????

I used to be really good as a kid and now I can't do it at all!!!

Same as Lisa, I was brilliant at it when I was a kid but we got some for the kids to play with at our wedding and I couldn't do it at all! lol

Yep..can still do it..takes awhile to get a rhythm going..but can't do a bunch at a time like I use to. x

The trick it not to go round and round with ur hips but to sway back and forth

I used to be really good when I was younger, doing more than one hoop and random tricks etc but I haven't tried in a loooong time...

I can, but it depends on the type of hula hoop! We borrowed a 'proper' one off some friends and it worked a treat. However, i bought one for Immy that is quite light weight with beads and i cannot do more than about 2 rounds.

Love the WII hula, bloody kills though! x x x
