Some of you might remember my eyes being burnt by make up a few months back. It was after applying a certain product and once I realised what was causing the swelling and burns I stopped using it. 4 months on and my eyes are still not 100% I still have redness and it often turns dry and peals around one in in particular.
Yesterday I put baby lotion on my face felt the tingling start and took it straight off again. Now the swelling and burns and soreness is back again.
Using this makeup had totally rewined my eyes, I can't even put cream on my face without it upsetting the skin. I'm just so worried its done lasting damage!

I'm gutted I now have to go through months of scabing and peeling skin before I'll look slightly normal again! I just keep crying because it really makes me feel so self contious, I can't see out of one eye properly because the swelling is so bad.

Have you been to a doctor? I'd explain what happened and how it's still happening and see what they say!

Did you hear anything back for the makeup manufacturer??

I'd def go to doc Hun, might be able to give you some cream to assist the healing xx

I'm going to go back to the doctor tomorrow and speak to them, I've had creams etc but they've not really helped because the skin continues to peel then scab again! I'm going to ask to see a specialist because I'm not willing to faff about with my eyes!

The manufacturer wanted me to sen them the product but solicitors advised not to send it as it should be independently tested. I'm gonna go back to them and proceed with a case if they are willing to take it on.

Yeah, you really don't want to mess around when it comes to your eyes, I would ask to speak to a skin specialist and deffo speak to the solicitor again too x
