| wtf how can they get away with you for not making targets, if their product doesnt sell thats hardly your fault!
is there a debt collection agency mentioned on the letter? Or a number on the letter- they should be if they are demanding money |

| I know - I got a catalogue once - tbh I was pissed off cos they put it through the door and thought it was a rip off, just put it in the bin ... and they came back for it a day or so later and I was like ermmmm what you want it back?! SO he was like well can you find it and leave it outside and I will come back in an hour or so... ermmm NO feck off... go away and don't waste my time putting shite through my door and get arsey when it goes in my bin!
How much do they say you have to pay Lou? |

| Ahh I really liked buying crap from kleeneze - I was miffed when I moved and didn't get the books anymore! Oh hang on that might have been betterware. They're similar anyway...
You could try contacting them saying you want to sign up then when the woman gets in touch you've got her number then! |

| Hi Lucylou
I'm really sorry to hear you had such a bad experience with Kleeneze.
Please understand that i'm not just replying here because i would like to act as a responsible ambassedor for the company, but also because i would genuinely try to help you out.
By the sounds of it, your sponsor has either been very new in the business, entirely incompitent or just not the type of person that should sponsor any distributors. When you got started, you should have been given the contact details of herself, your gold upline as well as your upline S.E.D. Did you receive a welcome pack with all those details? The 4 thin manuals which Kleeneze sent you explains in detail what the procedures are for terminating your destributorship.
Your sponsor should not have told you what she did regarding just giving her your catalogues.
The number you need to contact the company is available on all literature you received as well as the letters they sent you and on their website. But here it is again. 0844 848 5000
I would suggest you just give them a call and calmly explain the situation as they are very helpful. If you don't leave it too long, they might even be able to waive the charges and speak to your sponsor to help her.
This is probably as much advice as i can give.
With regards to some of the replies on here. Due to the majority of our customers being elderly, the best way for a distributor to find customers is to either blanket drop their area or to personally present their catalogue. Most people that i come accross just put a little note in with our catalogues telling us that they don't want another catalogue, in which case we will take them off our round book. If you get another book from somone else, just do the same again and they'll be happy to cross you off as they would rather do that than losing a catalogue because it went in the bin.
EmVar, if you would like to check if it was the kleeneze catalogue you had before, just go to the kleeneze website and request one. Your nearest active distributor will get an e-mail asking them if they would like to deliver you one. If it turns out that you don't want it again, as before, just leave a little note with the catalogue when you leave it outside to be collected.
I really hope that this has helped you. If you have any more questions, don't hesitate to send me a message.
Hope you all have a great weekend.
Bernie |
