| Would depend on my mood but I think a tomato and mozarella salad to start, then either a calzone or some kind of pasta dish and cheesecake to finish. Or I'd just like Mexican |

| Starter: Either pate with wholemeal toast, or mozzarella, avocado and tomato with bail pesto dressing
Main, rack of lamb cooked medium, with rosemary and red wine sauce, roast potatoes (I love roasties!) and veg
Dessert: poached pears with a caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream
Followed with a nice big glass of baileys and ice. Unfortunately I can't have pate, medium cooked meat or baileys at the mo so will just gave to imagine it! |

| Starter - Pate and toast, has to be really nice wholemeal bread though. Main - Steak and chips with peppercorn sauce Dessert - Chocolate pudding with hot chocolate sauce.
For our first christmas together, Matt prepared a meal similar to that. He set up a table in his parents living room and even made one of those wine bottle candle holders (you know with the wax dripping down), it was so sweet. We were 16 and didn't even go for out for posh meals then. |
