| I took her to the hospital today for her dressing changing and they said her wound is looking really good (it looked awful to me) but they said it's already begun healing and they are happy that it wont scar!!
Woop Woop!!
Abbie has been really brave throughout it all and only cried when they changed her dressings cos she couldn't play with a wiggly bit on the bed!! And is doesn't seem to be bothering her too much either....my brave ickle pudding

| thanks Ladies. I am going to speak to the organisers of the show tomorrow and make an official complaint. I found out today that the cups they gave us actually had a screw on lids....why weren't they screwed on, or why weren't we advised that they screw on and this whole thing could have been avoided!!
I have just sent a lovely email thanking St Johns Ambulance for their assistance as they were fab and their fast acting is probably part of the reason that her wound wont scar.

Thats pretty bad - lids shouldn't come off easily at all - normally they are quite tricky to get off! |
