Stop finlay putting his hands down his throat and making himself sick? Is a straight jacket mean?

I havent got a clue, noah sometimes coughs and tries to make himself sick for attention and i just ignore him unless he does actually be sick

He's at that age where hands are constantly in the mouth but he has quite a sensitive gag reflex and often ends up being sick

Does he put other things in his mouth.., and have same response..
If he doesn't what about a rattle, or those wrist rattles, or they do glove rattles too

No he doesn't put anything else in just his hands, will try rattles
