Went to asda this afternoon, fancied some cooked drumsticks and with a stir fry, they were on offer 5 for £2, well just about to put them on mine and Noahs plate and 2 of them are raw, when i mean raw you need a sharp knife to cut them. I was so mortified we could have been seriously ill if i didnt check them over.

So i got Noah and went straight back to asda called for the manager and he was like b4 hed looked at it, is it the the bbq ones because they do look like there raw but are cooked .

Well anyway i took one out and he was in shock that it was served he peeled it and the chicken was still hanging because he couldnt tear it with his fingers. He apologised gave me a refund and a £10 voucher to be honest i dont think its good enough but didnt really no what else to do.

He took the bag with the chicken in wish i would have took it back with me

i find it best to deal with manager instore , i find emailing them gets no no reply not even an do not reply but we got your email email x

That's awful. I'd probably write to the shop to complain as well

That's disgusting! Several times I've had to complain at my adsa recently because I keep finding out of date food on the shelves, it's disgusting x

That is awful, you could have both been really ill.

A few weeks ago I found a hard piece of plastic in one of their extra special haddock fish cakes, took it back and they gave me a £5.00 voucher in store and I made an official complaint and then they sent me a £8.00 voucher...why not round it up to £10.00, tight gits!!

TBH Char if I was you I would go back and say you want to make an official complaint to head office, all they do is take your details, complaint etc and head office write to you.
