I've just had a phonecall from my dad, my mum has just popped home from work in absolute tears because apparantly there's a rumor going around that we will be looking for childcare but not asking for help from grandparents after the baby's born. Now as I said on my other post, we have never left Libby with anyone, mainly because we don't need to, Simon works in the morning and I work in the afternoon - we're not going out people so have never needed help. I'm soo pissed off, 1 because obviously we are the talk of the town (god knows why though ) and 2 because my mum has obviously believed all of this shit when she knows the situation. Grrrr why can't people mind their own bloody business!!!! Now I'm going to have to somehow go and see my mum and 'sort it out' (as far as I'm concerned there's nothing to sort out )

That would really annoy me. I suppose the one advantage of living in a big city is that you dont get people poking their nose into your business!

The trouble here is that me, Simon, my mum, Simons parents and our brothers work and live in the town so we're all well known. Can't fart without someone knowing about it!!!!

Yeah you're probably right Laura, maybe the time of the month!!!

I'm going to leave it for today, there's not alot I can do til tomorrow anyway as I'm at work til 5 then got a friend coming round for tea and she'll probs stay late. Fingers crossed by then she'll have calmed down xx

I hate when people stick their oar into other peoples lives. Their lives are obviously so sad they need to meddle in other peoples.

Here's an idea to tell your family..tell them to come directly to you and not listen to the crap floating around town. Will save you both a lot of hurt feelings listening to the grapevine. Small towns stink! xxx
