Slight issue when you have gastroenteritis you don't want to feel tight, because it makes it worse.

So no tubagrip and I can breath and not in pains in stomach and little miss can move about

So going to go without unless I'm in agony with pelvis

You can't win can you...pregnancy has a lot to answer for.

I had a bump band for my spd and it did help but Chloe didn't like it, I just wore mine when I was out walking..or waddling should I say..lol

oh no ! my m/w gave be one to wear on thursday past , i have not put it on yet , this glorious weather is bad enough without 2 layers of tubi grip on too ( i have to wear 2 ? )
next step is putting on an elastic band thingy with tubi grip but i cant wear them without ripping them off so 3rd step would be physio ,,,,,,,,,,,
i think im just going to have to live with it for next 5 week:)

Yeah kell, I'm still feeling crampy but eating small amounts through day helps. I got mw tomorrow.
