Thought id keep yous updated. Had to rush alfie to hospital yesterday with a temp of 40.4, rash, bad cough and he wouldnt take food or water. He had a chest x ray and they found a shadow on his lung which turns out was an infection. Diagnosis was sever bronchilitis (sp) so they had to keep him on overnight last night on an iv drip for antibs. Overnight he ripped his cannular out so they decided as his temp drooped they would give him them orally instead. This morning he perked up alot and by dinner he ate a plate of mince and potato and a yoghurt and drank some milk and a fruit shoot so we got to bring him home at tea time. Hes now cabbaged in bed and ill be following soon. x
