Sophs has a touch of the nows at the mo and its driving us crazy! We tell her to ask for things properly and now doesnt get.

She seems to have developed a real attitude and spoilt streak lately!

How do you guys deal with it?

Ooh no, if Chloe doesn't say please or thank you then she doesn't get it

I would say just stay firm and consistent with how you deal with it and she will get over it x

Oliver's going through a demanding/cocky streak at the moment too and I agree with Mandy that if he doesn't ask in a respectful manor then he doesn't get.

We have also started a daily reward chart again too. Eg; this morning he was telling me to go upstairs, I replied 'one moment..mummy just busy doing this job then i'll be with you' he didn't like that reply and proceded to throw a toy at me so I just remained calm and took him to the chart and showed him the consequences of his actions (he gets a face when naughty and a when he's done a good thing)
He's not normally like this, I suspect its because he's on half term and seeing very little of his daddy due to work ..and just generally bored with me

We usually just ask them to ask politely, or if they are being repeatedly rude/demanding I will ignore them until they change their tune.

Lewis is exactly like this...he gets a really aggressive tone and demands, then screams like a banshee when told no.

he doesn't have anything unless he says please or thankyou...he's generally pretty good with it, but at times he's a little monster
if he smacks, he goes in the corner, if he demands something he is told to say please, if he doesn't he gets told he doesn't get until he says please...if he kicks off screaming he then goes to the naughty corner/time out

Paige is like this atmo.. she is a right demanding rude.cow.. Im trying to deal.with it.. but she is so demanding n every.thing has.to be done now.. trying to get it through her head that some times she has to wait
