After hearing people talk about this for the past year (and still not knowing what exactly it was) I now have the DVD. It is out of the package, but.... Not sure if I can bring myself to put it on!

I did it! It was good, I lost a fair few inches! There wee a few moves which were challenging and it does get harder but I really enjoyed it. I did find I wanted to move onto the next level before the 10days was up!

i second kell..think i moved to the next challend after 5 days which i pprobs shouldnt have done as i really struggled lol! good luck im gonna either be doing that or something similar in a few more months! x x

Wow, I moved onto level 2 yesterday (have missed a couple of days) and I am aching today, which I quite like! Also noticed when I was running down the street that my bum feels firmer and less wobbly, have gone out for a few rides too. I took my measurements last weekend, so will be interesting to see how many inches I lose.

Anyway v pleased with the results so far... just trying to motivate myself to do it now as feeling a little delicate from last night.

Ive got it but only managed 17 mins and thought I was going to die; I'm so unfit and fat! And I've been too scared to try it since lol. I've opted for the easier method and bought some t6's but I'm not sure I like the effects of them; although I have lost 3lbs since Tuesday without diet or exercise so they may be worth the risk x

Lol Katie, t6s are the same as Eperdrine, they just speed up your heart rate which then means burning more calories, be careful tho! The definatly do help loose weight but when u stop taking them its highly likely you will put it back on. Make sure you drink lots of water with them as well

In a sense they are very similar to speed, suppress appetite, and increase energy.

They are the t5's kell, I stayed away from them as I had them a few years ago, never again I looked and felt like a junkie!
These are loads better, still eating well and sleeping 9 hours a night, they just give me a bad headache and a dry mouth, nothing like t5's, quite the opposite infact x

To be honest they are all pretty similar they just tweak them a bit so they can re introduce them to the markets again.
They possibly do have less of the hyper speed effects now. It's been a while since I had any if them! I remember taking some before and was high as a kite for hours lol

yes me too! lol. these are loads more 'normal' and apart from the severe headaches and occasional dizzyness i feel ok 80% of the time xx

I have not had chancrbto do it yet just got over horrid sickness bug, i now have an aim thou going to corfu next october so i now have an aim to loose weight :-)
