| I started about 4 weeks ago and am in the process of building up slow, started running/walking and am now most running.
Just wondered if any of you can give me tops on building up and speed etc. I have MapMyRun x |

| Me me when Im not pregnant anyway lol I can't wait to get back to it!! I have mapmyrun as well, I'm not an expert but I would say 30-60 seconds of fast sprint intervals would help to up the speed, kinda like your walk run intervals when u started, I don't know what your pace is or how far you are running but I'd probably start at 30second sprint to 3min jog and then just gradually increase the sprint time and lessen the jog.
Ah I'm jealous lol |

| Only indoors on my treadmill. The only child free time I get is now and I'm not brave enough lol. I power walk/jog 2 miles a day at present for 30 mins.. Not much but better than nought |

| I do and use run keeper. You will find as you get better you will walk less. I would first try and run half a mile without stopping then progress to a mile etc. Also interval training is good so maybe sprint btw two lamp posts then jog btw the next and so on. Running up hills is also good x |
