bought D a gorgeous dress and headband there yesterday in the sale
went to get her dressed today and the flipping security tag is still on it , we deffo paid for the dress just think we binned the receipt in bin outside tescos !
the alarm never went off as we were leaving ? they were testing fire alarms so would that have stopped alarm going off , maybe they were switched off ?
now i have to go to tescos and have the tag removed without a receipt will i beep on the way in ?

Im not sure hun but just explain what you did they should be fine - its not your fault they didnt take the tag off, and their stupid alarms werent working

I have had this happen so many times at Tesco I now check all my stuff as I get it out of the trolley and point out the security tags to the checkout person.

You can get them off with a pair of pliers, i brought a coat from newlook ages ago and the security tag was still on it, the alarm never went off on way out, only when going into other shops, but couldnt be bothered to go back into town, im not a shopping fan anyway lol Takes about 5 mins to do it though.

Just be careful with the pliers coz the tags are full of ink!

well i went back to tescos but forgot the flipping dress lol ! spoke to customer services who looked at me like i was stoooopid ! she pointed at the security station the young guy that works there was listening in and said oh just bring it in ill remove tag !!!
very nearly run over a pink bumbo seat !
was just laying in the middle of the road at parent and child parking ,, am confused as to why it was there but its not exactly a cheap item to leave laying around
