Thank you. That means a lot. Sadly though I've deffinitely had a miscarriage. They didn't scan or anything but just did a pregnancy test which was negative. I'm sad obviously but a little annoyed too as I could have just done that at home rather than getting my hopes up going to a 'scan' appointment. But that's life, and I've just got to move on now. Thank you for your support and everyone else. xx

ithought they had to scan to ensure that everything had miscarried because any bits left can cause serious illness.

I can see how that would be annoying after building up to it but maybe it was better this way, having an empty scan I would imagine to be quite heartbreaking, have lots of hugs from Immi today xxx

I thought that too but apparently not. I've been discharged and the letter says no follow up appoinment needed so that's obviously it. Maybe because I've stopped bleeding now they know it's a complete miscarriage.

aww im so sorry ,,,, like someone said i thought they would have scanned you to ensure everything had passed , i know they did with me so please if any pain or what not please get back onto them x x x
