ok so, after looking at things for Elijah I am down to two things for now:

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Playnest-Gym/dp/B001F6ILI6/ref=sr_1_128?ie=UTF8&s=baby&qid=1285073726&sr=1-128

or

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Sit-Me-Inflatable-Play-Ring/dp/B003BPLU82/ref=sr_1_12?ie=UTF8&s=baby&qid=1285073560&sr=1-12

I REALLY want to get him a jumperoo after reading the reviews, but I think at 16 weeks it might be a bit early as he's still pretty wobbly!

Of the two I'd agree with pinky, the arched pillow type one looks like it'll hae more life to it although tbh he may outgrow both pretty quick. Is it to help him sit up? Saw this one in mothercare yest, £24 -

I was looking at that one first but there are loads of bad reviews so I was looking at the other two...I suppose it's only to do him for a couple of months til he can do more stuff!

I've got that one from mothercare and although Stephen can sit up by himself for short periods, that one doesn't support him at all Sad I'd go for the one with the tray xxx

Get the jumperoo hun! Hannah is younger than Eli (not much) and she has been going in hers for a couple weeks for a few minutes at a time and it has really helped her strengthen her neck and back and she can now stay in it a little while longer. She is already inproving her coordination and can grab and spin some of the toys on it. She loves the little mirror on it and will stand and look at her self for ages. Since going in it she has also started to like tummy time too coz her neck is stronger and she doesnt smash her face into the floor Rolling Eyes. I read loads of reviews for them when Thomas was this age and decided against it but I wish I had invested now coz I think he would have loved it tbh. Hannah was slightly 'wobbly' when I first put her in it but as long as he can sit on your knee with a straight back - not floppy - he will be fine. Do you know anybody who has one that you could try him in before you invest?

Of the two you have posted I think you would get more use out of the second one.

xx

I'd say the one with the tray too. He's coming onto 4mth now and i'd say the 1st one is best for newborns, so probably wouldn't get the full benefit from it.

:lol thanks debs Wink but I think I might be in trouble if I spend nearly a hundred quids! Eli is quite good on my knee but is the king of faceplants! He just suddenly and unexpectedly (to all of us) lurches forwards still haha but it's getting better all the time Smile

We will definitely get a jumperoo in a bit but we have to wait for the money fairy to arrive decisions...help me decide! 884670

I think it will be the table one then, asda have it for £15 Smile
