its a balancing "exercise" machine. you basically stand on it and it vibrates and sways really really fast. its apparently the equivalent of 1 hours exercise if you use it for ten minutes.

I cant get my head around it.

They built them for the men who go into space to build muscle and exercise when they are up there.

loads of sunbed places have them now.

I havent used one personally but I know a few people that have and tbh I dont think they were overly impressed with it, but I guess its all down to the individual xx

how can vibrating for ten minutes help you lose weight? I dont get it.

Maybe im wrong. My sisters friend lost a stone and a half after ten sessions?
I think she may have been seriously dieting and exercising elsewhere too
