I have hurt my back. I I am fine if just stand up but If i sit down it kills and I cant then straighten up it takes me ages and huts like hell. I can't even carry Abbie around.

I was supposed to go to the seaside today but there was no way I could sit and drive

Needless to say I aint getting that much sympathy from OH, who thinks it's funny to leap out and tickle me, making me jump and jerk my back *looks for a slap emotion*

That sounds horrible - which bit of your back is it? I get the whole standing back up pain from my coccyx

Lisa - it's right at the bottom when I bend and it goes right into my hips and down to my knees. It's ok when I am standing (when I get up) and I have done this most of today, but now it;s the evening and I Wanna sit down.

I have been back to the chiropractor today and he has poked and prodded and did some acupuncuture which has helped. it really is no fun being like this.
