I started in January as I wanted to lose a stone. I'd reached target by the end if march. I do the extra easy and swear it's the best diet ever. I just go now and again now to check I'm still at target.

Thanks hon- I do the diet as well and think its brill. I have lost about 20 lbs so far and feel great. I just wandered if someone could pm me the group password so I can look up a few items. Haven't been for a few weeks and cant go this week 'cause of work so my password is out of date!!

No worries. Just been told that they have changed the system since I last went!! Its now done through the new member card thingy!!
