Just weighed myself for the first time since getting pregnant..............IM A STONE HEAVIER than prepregnancy!!!!

And I wasnt flippin small to begin with

i know the feeling im dieting as we speak, im kind of following weight watchers and doing well (i hope) only been on it since monday. weighed myself yesterday (although i shouldnt!) and i had lost 4lbs. def do it if you feel you need to. you need TONS of willpower though. you can be my diet buddy if you like always easier when you do it with someone else xxx

I started slimming world last week! I lost 3 1/2lbs
My gran took me out today to pick up my wedding bouquet and brought us mac cheese and the biggest slice of coffee and walnut cake...it was ok but i feel really guilty now, and i really didnt enjoy it that much

sliming world is the best of them all .. i dotn go tot hem anymore but i use there tools to keep the weight off x

I was always a 14/16/18 through my teenage early adult years.........then at 21 I went to slimming world and lost 4 stone taking me to a 10 (have one pic of this!!!)..........and now post-kids I am a size 20/22

Lisa I wish I could go with you.........my mum and sisters used to go with me, but none of them are in the right frame of mind!

Should we have a little motivational section in group chat for ideas, hints, etc for any diet that we have knowledge of...........im a slimming world expert!!

I put on more weight between Chloe's birth and her turning 1 then I did in the whole time I was pregnant. Because I was at home with her I used to eat when I was bored, or if I had friends round we'd eat biscuits and cakes, or go out for coffee and cake. I became the heaviest I've ever been.

Now she's 18 months and I am 4lbs lighter then I was pre-pregnancy and I haven't dieted at all. My secret literally is I never sit down!

I work 4 mornings a week and my job means that I am on my feet walking around the entire time, I also don't get time to snack. I get home at lunchtime, then I spend the afternoon doing things with her, running around and housework. I have an hour or so sit down after dinner, then I'm up again making cakes for my business.

I'm knackered but I'm slim again

Seriously though it proves that if you burn off more calories then you eat, you'll lose weight, good luck ladies x

i was a stone heavier when i got preg in jan than i was when i was 9 month pg with alice

i have only put 4lb on so far tho this time so i hope i will be slimmer when i give birth than i have for a year lol


big diet tho for me, gona try a month of Alli to kick start my healthy eating!
