well work finally got back to me about going back, i can't do 25 hrs, they will only offer 20

first option do a crap job but for the same rate of pay , which they know i can't do because i need fixed days

or

take a major pay cut doing a crapper job but get fixed days.

i feel absolutely fuming, i've worked there 11 years , hardly been off sick even though i was reallly ill all through my pg. i'm so tempted to say i'm going back full time and then go on long term sick for full pay!

Can they even do that?

That is bang out of order. It sounds like they are pushing you into a situation where you cant win x
