how do i go about finding whether a percentage of my childcare costs will be paid by tax credits, does anyone know what the maximum threshold is?

I've been looking at nurseries today and i'm seriously glum

i think the max is £175 per week. you can get a rough estimate on their website.

sorry Kelly i meant what you can earn to be entitled, my childcare costs will be approx £80 a week

i dont know, i dont get any tax credits as earn above the limit but i do use childcare vouchers from work which deduct the fees from salary so you save on the tax etc. Does you work have them? Lilys nursery fees would be about £270 per month (she only goes 2 days a week) and with the vouchers i think i save about £50 per month xx
