well after all the hoo haw about my work situation, ive worked out im better off by not going back to my original job , i assumed i'd get help with payment of a nursery place but would get a grand total of £4 a week towards it. So im going to take a pay cut and do 16 hours and hubby will look after ava when i'm at work. I just feel relieved to get it sorted

i'm sure i can cope with two days, we're going to be worse off money wise but i'm happier that i'm not putting her into nursery.

Ahh glad you have made a decision you are happy with. I took a huge paycut and went part time. Yeah things are a little tighter and we have to watch money more, it is soo worth it

it still works out better for us for me to work less rather than pay for a nursery, David's going to work longer days and change to a 4 day week, im working on a Wednesday and Saturday and manage childcare between us.
