OMG

My skin is shocking at the mo and it is really starting to get me down. I suffer from low self esteem and I ain't pretty anyway. Since coming of the pill my skin has been prone to really bad breakouts, i used to get the occassional spot around af when I was on the pill but now I seem to get loads all the time.

Has anyone else experienced this, can advise me of anything I can try to control things.

I was saying on another post recently that I used to get really bad skin so started taking a daily multi-vitamin and its helped loads. In fact today I got my first spot since febuary and thats pretty good going for me as my skin was awful
